The game is not responding at times. How can I cope with it?

This may happen due to your Unity Web Player. Please be sure to have the latest version of it. You can check it by clicking here. If the game keeps freezing, please get in touch with us via the ‘contact us’ link. 

The game does not start on Facebook. What am I to do?

In order to play the game you need Unity Web Player to be installed on your device. Please be sure to activate Unity Web Player plug-in if your browser requests it. If the game doesn’t still start, please reload the page by pressing ‘Ctrl+F5’. If you’re still experiencing issues, please get in touch with us via the ‘contact us’ link.

 

For Google Chrome issue with Unity:

Along with the recent Google policy update, Google Chrome v42 or higher has now depreciated Unity Web Player plugin. The good news is you can still launch the game in your Chrome browser. In order to do so, please follow the steps:

 

  • Paste this link into Chrome: 'chrome://flags/#enable-npapi' and press ‘Enter’
  • Press ‘Enable’ in Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows section
  • Reopen your Google Chrome browser or reboot your PC.

 

If you can’t do that or the game doesn’t start, we recommend you to use the other browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

The game is loading very slowly. Are there any ways how to speed it up?

We are constantly optimizing the download speed of the game. Please be sure to have the latest version of Unity Web Player. You can check it by clicking here. You may also close all other opened programs or apps. Please also check your internet connection speed: if it’s lower than it should be according to your plan – contact your internet provider for clarification. I’ve received extra lives from my friends, but the game shows that I still have only 5 lives. Where are the extra lives that I know I’ve just gotten from my friends?

The maximum amount of lives you can have in the game is 5, so if your friend sends you another one, you won’t receive it.

The music and sound effects are distracting while I’m trying to play the game. How do I turn them off?

You can mute both the music and the sounds effects by clicking on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right hand corner of the game screen.

I’ve been trying to beat the same level again and again for a long time now. What should I do if the level seems impossible to complete?

I’ve purchased an item in the game, but haven’t received it. Where should I find it?

If you think there might be an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please follow these steps:

-Go to the 'Payments tab' in your 'Account settings' -> Check your account balance at the top of the page;

-Verify that your transaction was successful by reviewing the associated receipt;

-Double-check that the item(s) you ordered have not arrived (remember that it can take up to 4 hours for virtual item purchases to be shown in the game);

-If you have confirmed that your item has not been delivered, please contact us at support@adoregames.com;

-Follow the instructions to notify Facebook and contact us regarding your problem receiving virtual items.

Will you post things on my timeline or spam my friends if I’m playing the game on Facebook?

We do not send any requests or messages on your behalf to your friends or post them on your timeline without your permission! Your friends will receive messages from the game, if you send them yourself (there might be an invitation or item request). You may allow the game to post your current progress, new achievements, scores, and items you’ve collected on your Facebook timeline by pressing the ‘Share’ button in the game. In any case, it is only your decision if you’d like to let the game post on your behalf or not. 

If someone else happens to log on to Facebook on my device while I’m away, will I lose all the progress I’ve made in the game?

Absolutely not. The game itself is associated with the account on your device, not with Facebook.

The game just had an update done and now it’s not opening. What should I do?
